See application for full details on position::: Antenna, an artist-run community-based arts nonprofit dedicated to supporting artists and connecting communities through cultural programming, seeks a Print Production Lead to help manage its community print shop and self-publishing resources. This position plays a key role in supporting artists, writers, and independent publishers through print production, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills. The Print Production Lead works closely with Antenna’s Publishing & Printing Resources Director, Print Production Specialist, artists, writers and culture bearers to ensure high-quality production of publications, artist books, exhibition materials, and community print projects. The role combines project management, customer service, collaborative problem-solving and technical print production within a creative and community-oriented environment. Position Details Part-time position, up to 20 hours per week guaranteed, with the possibility of up to 30 hours per week depending on scheduling and project needs Compensation: $25.00 per hour Benefits include: Paid Time Off and paid holidays in accordance with Antenna’s employee manual Opportunity to buy into organizational health benefits $1,000 annual professional development fund Key Responsibilities Print Production & Project Management Lead daily print production operations including printing, cutting, binding, trimming, and assembling publications. Implement production schedules in collaboration with the Print Production team to meet weekly goals set by the Publishing & Printing Resources Director. Prepare digital files for print, check proofs and samples, and perform quality control on finished materials. Support Antenna exhibiting artists by producing exhibition publications, postcards, and printed materials in coordination with the exhibitions team. Maintain accurate records of projects, orders, and timelines through shared production tools and internal tracking systems.
